Echo Sound Works is proud of our products and we believe anyone can get something valuable from them for their music and production. However, we are also aware and understand that not every product may work for every producer or artist. The people who make Echo Sound Works products are all producers and we've all been burned before by a crap product that we couldn't return. We value customer satisfaction which is why we are also proud to offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may also ask for an exchange. All of the aforementioned rules and conditions apply for exchanges as well.

Please note that the following applies at all times, for all potential refunds:
• Echo Sound Works only offers one refund per customer for only one product. We have made exceptions to this rule, but any refund past your first is solely at our discretion. If we feel like you're trying to game the system, we will deny the 2nd refund.
• Echo Sound Works does not provide full refunds for bulk orders. If you purchase multiple products within one order, you can only return one product from that order. If you're unsure about a product, order it separatley.
• If a purchased product is not working due to pirated/cracked software, Echo Sound Works will not provide any support or refunds.

Once Echo Sound Works successfully refunds a product, you lose access to our royalty-free license. This means you no longer have permission to use that product for commercial purposes.

If you'd like a refund, please send us an email or message. PLEASE include your order number, full name, and email address. Although this is not mandatory, it's greatly appreciated if you could let us know why you're wanting a refund as customer feedback helps us improve future products. Refunds are typically processed in 24 hours and depending on your payment processor and location, can take 2-3 business days to show up in your account(s).
