I made this demo for the release of Chainsmoking V.1 and a lot of people asked how I got the sound in the drop.

The answer to that in a few words is arrangement and side chain compression, but that's the short answer.

t's patterned off of an Illenium style drop, who remixed Don't Let Me Down and recently released a similar sounding remix to a Flume track. Think huge saws in a drop that sounds larger than life.
